    Absolutely terrible and scary place.. None of the rooms are clean, the washroom and bedsheets haven't been washedfor years.. The auto guys will trick you into getting a room here (they have commissions) The staff is rude, owner not cooperative..and the overall look of this place and room is scary

    After a long flight plus train ride, i just wanted to find a place to put my things down and have a good shower, so i took the first recommendation from the tuktuk driver. It was my first time in India and obviously didn't know about haggling prices,so i paid a lot of money for this crap. Its dirty and disgusting, period.

    Let me get all the adjectives for this hotel, horrible, terrible, dirty, haunted, shady, dim, awful. Don't judge a book by its cover, the hotel looks decent from outside but from inside it's so bad you will puke. Check the pictures I attached. The curtains look like they haven't been changed since 10 years. The bedsheet smells, there is no hot water, the bath tub looks scary right out of a haunted movie. They should make a haunted movie here they won't need to change anything here the setting is perfect. I wish I had read the previous reviews before hand. When spoken to the manager he said he doesn't care if we leave, we just need to pay and get out. Very unprofessional, rude and terrible staff. Avoid going here at all costs.

    Friends .. This is not A hotel... Actually I don't have any word to say about this hotel. Broken door locks,dirty rooms, termites at furniture, open electric joints of AC , Very dim light in rooms to read, chocked toilet, and so on ..so on... Now come at service ..I stay only for one day and night and I experienced just below average hospitality. Now food... Friends Dhaba food is much better and fresh than this hotel. You can imagine they don't know how to prepare simplest thing in India the Tea.rest you can understand. Best of luck regency..

    i don't wanna give any star of this hotel , this is the worst & haunted place , we were 3 couples & staying in a different rooms , In the midnight around 12.05am my friend knocked my door his girlfriend was scared and crying , than we were together & after just 2 minute , we all heared a crying women voice , the room number was 311 ,312 & 306. we thanks to god who saved us . jai mata diiiiii . if i talk about the rooms pictures are just like Photoshop editing . & the staff is so cheap ,there is a no words which belongs to hospitality . the warm water comes only in the morning 6am . The lights blinks many times .
