    Service 10/10, very kind and helpful especially from Sakshi Singh and Piyush from the restaurant. Room 10/10, junior suite was very comfortable, no complaints here. Facilities 8/10, didn't use the pool but it seemed good enough, gym was a bit lacking in my opinion as the equipment lacks some of the most basic stuff, (barbell rack would greatly help). Definitely one of the hotels in Agra, recommended.

    We wanted to thank Sakshi Singh for helping us when we were feeling unwell. Overall, we had a great stay here. Service was great, we had a very comfortable room. We would stay here again in the future.

    We went to the Anise restaurant for celebrating my brother’s birthday, The food here is awesome and the service is also very good.. the staff is very polite and special thanks to Ms. Sakshi Singh and Mr. Arif for making our experience good.. Enjoyed our meal very much.. thank you team!

    Generally I had pleasant experience staying in this hotel but not without some cons. Pros: -Friendly and professional reception -Great dining experience (special thanks to Sakshi Sings and Piush for taking care of us) Cons: -Found the bed sheets not being clean when I checked in but immediately service came and changed the sheets. -Laundry was ready after two days although it should’ve been ready up to next day.

    I Book 3 Room On 17/4/21 To 19/4/21 For Birthday Celebration. They Failed To Commite To Decorate The Room For Birthday After Conversation About 4-5 Times. But Did Not Get Proper Reply & Spoiled Our Day. Hotel Staff Does Not Have Proper Communication Between Them. Hotel Services Are Also Very Poor. Foreign Guest Are More Important Than Indian Guests.
