Delicious food and nice hospitality. hotel is located very near to the taj mahal. Location is very convenient if one is travelling from delhi or lukhnow to agra. One plus point is that rooms have large windows with garden view.

The management was courteous enough to provide our family early check. The rooms were decent. Food in the restaurant was delicious and we ordered loads of dishes during our 2 day stay. One recommendation to those who are booking this hotel is that they should book the four bedded family room.

I had a wonderful experience at hotel karan vilas. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check in to the cleaning staff were delighful and eager to help. Thank you. Will recommend to my colleagues.

Had a bad experience of stay at this hotel. The hotel is rated (3 star) higher than facility provided. Don't get cheated by pics put up on website as once you check in the rooms are are not so upto mark in terms of cleanliness. The bed mattresses are old and not comfy as you can feel the springs. Even after requesting for room change, the other room offered was even worse, so housekeeping also did not offer to be helpful in showing a better room. No kettle provided in rooms for tea or coffee. Also bedsheets n pillow covers had stains. So pls think twice before booking. Not sure how people are giving good ratings for such hotel.
