Hotel over all stay was very nice also food quality was nice staff was very co operative also hotel was near by station over all Ambiance was excellent service was very good I will always try to stay and prefer to my friends to stay in this hotel

A nice hotel with good facilities. The desk staff are friendly and ready to help you. The rooms are clean and nice. They give free wifi and buffet breakfast. The breakfast also was good with many options. Liked my stay here

This hotel has been completely refurbished and is now very good value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is tea and coffee in the rooms and a fridge in the Suite rooms. We always choose the suite rooms as they have a sitting area. A vegetarian breakfast is available daily and if you prefer toast and English coffee, you just have to ask. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpful and my compliments to the hotel management about friendliness of staff. The Reception staff, including Manjur and Javed, are welcoming and will help you with all your requirements. The Watchman at the gate always helps with our shopping, as well as calling an Auto for us. Room service is available and deals with any requirements, eg we wanted food that was less spicy...and this was cooked exactly as per our request. We have stayed here before and will go back, whenever we visit Ahmedabad as the location is also close to shopping.

Don't understand how to begin but I had dealt with a bizarre behaviour from this hotel when we visited after 8hrs of the drive last week. Once we arrived at the hotel the reception staff asked for our ids and after inspection, they were like we won't give you rooms and the reason was that your wife's name is not matching with your name on ids. Initially, the room was denied and upon the question, they told like we are not couple friendly hotel and that is our policy. When we ask them to show us evidence for the same then they were neglected to provide the same. Both the people at reception asked us to check on the MMT and Goibibo for policies regarding couples and didn't know what their hotel website shows respecting this. The hotel website has no information on this. However, after some time of humiliation, we were provided room in the behaviour of blatant favour. It was quite shameless behaviour we faced first time at the hotel and this type of hotel should not give any stars. The good thing was about this hotel is cleaning and breakfast. The doorman was helpful.

This hotel is not at all a value for money,they will give you a good deal even if the hotel is vacant and you pay what they say but they will not bother themselves to upgrade you. If you order the food from their restaurant they will get it from outside in cheap rate and charge you double for the same. In their free breakfast they don't have anything apart from 1 aloo paratha,2 breads with butter and tea. What a joke is that better don't Include breakfast in room rate. Water bottles in rooms are not complimentary there like other hotels they will charge for them. My suggestion to book other hotels which are nearby and have good facilities and services.
