We have booked executive room for two in this hotel along with the breakfast ! The room was big enough with two chairs,one good sofa set & ofcourse one big double bed ! Every ameneties of rooms were working in proper conditions like hot & cold shower,aircon etc ! Breakfast,we have to choose from the menu and they will serve in 20 mins ! I have choose puri bhaji and aloo paratha which were execellent in taste ! More important,this hotel provides accomodation for 24 hrs irrespective of check in time ! for e.g if you have checked in at 8 p.m. you can stay uptil 8 p.m. next day ! In short nice hotel,with good staff at reception & good services ! I will come back again

we visited in last December. we went there but receptionist was not present. we have to wait for him for 20 minutes. other services like hygiene and food are also bad. staff is not co operative. hotel do not have a wifi connection for everyone too.

The hotel is reasonable and on S.G.Highway and hence has good accessibility but when it comes to customer delight, this is the last place in Ahmedabad to stay at. I had stayed there for 2 nights with my colleague. The room was stinky and bathroom was completely out of maintenance. The beds were very uncomfortable and dirty. The staff of the hotel is not at all co-operative. During my visit, on my last day of stay it rained heavily and while coming back to the hotel, we were little wet. When we reached at the hotel gate, the water had logged on the entrance. We kept calling the security guy as well as the hotel staff to bring an umbrella but no one bothered. Finally, we had to drench our formal shoes and got completely wet as we had to manage to go in the hotel from gate on our own. They do not care for the customers so my recommendation is that if you are looking for a peaceful stay with a good experience, you might want to spent time in checking out other hotels within the same budget on S.G. Highway.

Well i would suggest until and unless u dont have a huge money or other issue please dont even think of taking a stay here.... owner tried well doing some flloring and paint stuff still with plaster coming out to get some good pics but i think he forgot about mouth to mouth publcity...i will rate this hotel with 1.5stars because all the clothing including bedsheet,blanket,pilows,towels were so dirty and old seaams like they are using it since 1965...i found my bedsheet was even with a hole in it...bathroom was so untidy can even explain, food quality was not so good even...was wondering next day morning tht how i kept escaped from "khatmals"

I was visiting hotel krishna palace for the 4th time . This hotel offers comfort stay in reasonable amount (after negotiations). So it was my choice . This time a new receptionist Mr Patel was on duty .I asked for room on the price I used to get but this man has not listen and offered me the price which was less than the standard amount but was not matching my amount. I requested him by showing the last 3 bills and asked him to fix the amount which I used to get but he become completely stubborn and even didn't take pain to see the last hotel bills . I return back with disappointment because they didn't care for their customers & didn't behave properly . So overall attitude was not accommodating and not respected. Hence I don't recommend this hotel for people who belongs to a classy category. Thanks.
