A very nice chic, well equipped hotel in a downtown. Easy access to everything. The hotel has a good veg restaurant serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner. no need to go out to dine. Clean rooms with all modern supplies. Only thing the bathroom needs a refurbishment. Everyone was very helpful.

We are s group of 50 guys from Hyderabad, had a tour to Gujarat, (Tour organised by Akshar Travels) stayed at Hotel Centra for a night in 2nd week of Aug 2019. The rooms are comfortable, clean and Staff are friendly.The food is also good.

The Hotel is situated right opposite the Riverfront and has a good view of it if top floor is allotted. The Hotel is easily accessible and have rooms in a budget price. Business travelers can have a good deal. The lobby is small and some rooms are same, but at this price its worth staying.

Not a good stay i had in Hotel Centra. it is near to market place but surrounding is bad. Rooms are of old style. dull yellowish lights in room. very old and noisey AC. gostays shall note this. no ac rooms. room no 306 bathroom door was faulty. food was good. All other staff were good at behavior except the reception boy with hat. receptionist, a boy with hat, he was there at the time of check in and check out. very bad behavior and bad manners he has. no greetings, no smile on face, no understanding. I think he is relative of the owner of Hotel, means he was behaving like that. Bad experience i had in this hotel. pay 1000 more and take three star hotel always. was giving only one star but giving two for other staff.

I must say this is a very poor hotel with very unprofessional and rude manager (Mr.Wasim) at reception. He behaved like I have made a crime to book in his hotel. He was rude since the first interaction. I asked 2-3 things but he did not responded. He said he will verify first before allowing my wife to stay with me. I don't know what type of verification policy of this hotel and is this allowed as per govt of India. He started fighting and shouting at me. He provided me room after 15 minutes of fight and then given me a SMELLY ROOM which was not even cleaned properly. It's bedsheets and pillow were still left with earlier visitor's hair. That was condition of room when I checked in at 4.15pm with prepaid, 15 days advance booked room. I must accept that I totally made a mistake of booking this hotel. Anyone reading may take a note and book accordingly. Be ready to fight at first instance.
