Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Specially Mr Snehal (+91 99098 77188) is really an excellent person. We booked 11 rooms there. Rooms were spacious and clean. Quality of food were good. Check in and check out was smooth and flexible.
Had booked 10 rooms for a family function for 3 days. All the rooms were unhygienic, no house keeping service, no amenities in washrooms in the rooms. Common washroom was horribly unmaintained. Breakfast was never ready on time. Yea was served in disposable like a roadside tea shop. Will never even suggest this place.

Unhygienic Multiple reminders required for the room clean and food facility not available as per requirement even outside food also didn't allow.
So without food customer how can stay here.
Same in morning break first.

Dirty, Unhygienic, impolite staff and pics are 5 years old when hotel was launched. Not worth for a good sound sleep. Too much noise and not recommended for a stay, go to Binori add a little more money you get better room , facilities and amazing breakfast

Ginger Hotel
My experience at the hotel was terrible. This was my first time to Ahmedabad . I arrived at the hotel at 10am to check inn but the receptionist told me if I want an early check in I must pay extra 500 rupees as They said the check inn starts at 2pm. So I returned at 5pm to check inn I met Mahek The receptionist. She insisted I pay for the room before I check inn I told her I usually do my payments at the end of my stay she was unreceptive. After which the Visa card reader had some network problem so my payment according to my bank had gone through but hadn’t on their side. So Mahek kept on nagging by ringing my room bell to sort out the issue. After which we agreed we shall look into the problem the following morning when we finally sorted it.
The rooms :The toilet was very dirty with old stains and a strong stench. No toilet rolls either. The night was very windy and one of the window wasn’t shutting so it whistled all night resulting in a sleepless night. The hotel doesn’t stock basic items like shower caps. There was a very noisy customer on 4th floor who was speaking and playing music so loudly with no regards for other clients until midnight.
Overpriced for the poor service.
