Myself and family stay d at the hotel for a duration of 3 weeks to attend a wedding. I had hurt my leg severally and the.staff were very accommodating with myself and son. As we kept needing housekeeping and random times. The front of house team all very kind and very approachable. Can not fault anything. Food was lovely. The general ambiance of the hotel is very home like. Conveniently situated near all road links and shops, banks eatery's. Thank you cloud for being so accommodating. J Mehta & Family

Can not fault the cloud hotel. The staff, the food, the hospitality has been amazing! We also had our engagement function here at cafe air. This hotel is ideal for corporates.Housekeeping & Front office staff was good. Location wise rate wise it’s a decent hotel. Its a great choice for corporates. Breakfast choice is limited though the food tastes great.

Small rooms, arrogant staff n very bad behaviour of reception people. No hot water to take Baath. U have to go to them 100 times for everything. I would suggest to go to Dharamshala instead of staying in this place.

Dear friends I am regularly staying in this hotel from almost last 2 years but from last 6 month in my every visit I found some problem in house keeping 3 month back I came and I given feedback for room cleaning they said sir we will improve after 2 month now again I came and found same problem I ask to contact GM this time but I think he was not interested, again one Mr manager given me same confidence as given last time. My company is having some tie up with them this I am not going to leave these people I will give feedback to my company. For me there is no compulsion to stay in this hotel but as my most of the vendor are nearby so we choose this hotel mostly but next time I'm thinking I need to change to some good hotel nearby asharm road may be it will take more time but at least I will not waste my energy with these people.
