I have to admit that it's one of the best hotel in amritsar. Rooms are beautiful, food is delicious but what really makes it better then others is rhe gentle and efficient staff. In housekeeping Gurpreet is so attentive toward all the needs of the guests. Ahe took good care of us too. I don't remember the name in the restaurant and reception but they are very good at their job too. Loved the stay Thank you very much

An absolutely beautiful stay in The golden Sarovar Portico Hotel , Amritsar . It has great location being close to every Place to see in Amritsar . The dinning is also very great and has all the variety of food to cater to every age group.The room is also Very spacious and has all the amenities . Over all a very comfortable and lavish Stay ! Strongly recommend to stay here !

We had a birthday party....and the service was very good....food was too amazing....the staff was very cooperative.....the manager mr naveen was too cooperative with us....had a wonderful expirience.....will definitly want to work with them.in future....

It is just 5 min from Amritsar Junction railway station, and 10 min from Golden temple. You can easily get Ola/Uber and auto-rickshaws to travel. The room, amenities, hotel premises, lift, and staff is top notch. Excellent provision of bottled, filtered water at no extra charge in the room. I can recall the name of Basant at reception who was very courteous and very helpful. They even provided late checkout. The staff in restaurant at breakfast time was also very nice. One feedback is to improve the quality and service of breakfast. The fresh items like dosas, pooris, bhaturas, etc. were taking a long time to come; and maybe it was the slowness of the cook. The waiter staff was trying their best to manage things. 2ndly the tea quality needs to be improved significantly. Rest all is quite good. It is my hotel of choice whenever I come to Amritsar again.

Good - 1. The staff was available to help and solve all problems. 2. Early check in was made available 3. Jain breakfast was made available on request. To be considered - 1.Cleanliness was not upto the mark... feedback form of previous people staying was also in room...tables were not clean. 2.AC was not working well during entire stay... 3.Internet was not working initially, 4. No lock for bathroom door for room 414 5. Our breakfast was included in our booking. They arranged jain breakfast for us on request. Thank you for that. But the desert section had misguiding label of vegeterian cake which was actually non veg cake which the chef confirmed later. This is not acceptable at all. Customers come from different backgrounds, follow certain religious beliefs and thn such things are not given importance. Sheer misguidance n ignorance.
