Great locationDipanjan SAug 11,2019Visited Amritsar in December, '18, with my wife & stayed in Temple Inn. The hotel is at a prime location with the Golden Temple & Jalianwalah Bagh at walking distance. Staffs were helpful, they even arranged for a nice trip to the Wagah border; overall, value for money

Lousy staffSalvinus V CouplesJul 18,2019The only positive attribute of this hotel is its proximity to the Harmandir Sahib as it is a short walk away,however, the rooms leave a lot to be desired and are very basic. The bell staff are rude and sullen and seem to going about their work reluctantly. The rooms are noisy. Tilak Raj at the reception desk is approachable and flexible and compared to the other staff, he is a star.
