Hotel Urban Galaxy

I had an amazing experience with hotel urban galaxy. Very friendly stuff and very good service, beautiful and quiet room which I needed vey much after some noisy hotel rooms. I had a wonderful night in this beautiful hotel. the hotel manager did erverything to make this stay extra ordinary, from the beginning of my stay until the end. I highly recommend.

The hotel is located at stone's throw away from the Langar Hall of the Golden Temple, from where you can enter the Golden Temple. The rooms are clean with great ambience and give value for money. A special mention to the efficient and knowledgeable staff, who provide you guidance whenever required. I liked the way they picked up my family from the Amritsar Railway Station inspite of my train being late and that's only because the driver was there to drop some other guest. Room service is also quick and efficient. The terrace where breakfast is served could have been cleaner, however, I can attribute this to the lack of business owing to the pandemic. Overall, a great experience and a good option if you are travelling to the Golden Temple.

The room were quite comfortable,stay was made so comfortable. The staff like manu ji surinder ji made sure that services were properly given.they were too polite and courteous. And the owner bonney ji was super cool he took care of us personally.

This is an average hotel with few pros and cons Pros: 1. Proximity to langar hall golden temple, barely 2mins walk away 2. Rooms were clean 3. Has 24*7 roof top resturant which also has golden temple view 4. We asked to keep our luggage post checkout till evening and luggage was sound and safe. Cons: 1. Rooms are very small 2. Ground floor room 001 smelled like urinal. 3. There were mosquitos in the room 4. There is no kettle, room tolitaries available in the room. 4. Ground floor room was noisy since reception was near ( we insisted that we have small kid please give us noiseless room but they said no other room was available) 5. Taps of the bathroom was not working properly and wetting us all around anytime we were trying to wash our hands. Lastly, hotel reception called us at 11:40pm before 1day of checking to confirm that we are coming or dropping. My husband even said this is very odd time to call but they ignored.

Have been with my family , in March. The hotel is decent. Its close to the Golden Temple , Langar Hall , walking distance . Its 8 min walk to Heritage Walk, where all the shopping area is there. The rooms are not too big , but ok for 2 people . Windows open to the ducts. Their suite rooms are better and big, with windows. Food is good , they have a small terrace , where one can have food, and it one can see Golden temple from terrace itself. Staff is courteous . Must mention Vardaan, very helpful, although they charged me extra for extension for couple of hrs. Thanks for services .
