Hi.very nice hotel in Amritsar at good location.with parking available.staff behaviour is good and helpful.rooms are clean and hall gate and golden Temple is nearby.its good experience.food quality is excellent

It is a good value for money Hotel at very convenient location in city centre. You can also get good deals in FabHotels app. There are some issues relating to location as google maps doesn’t show correct path. Queens road has one way towards crystal Chowk, so one should take care of Driving themselves.

Great location !!! Queens road is a great place to stay and go about it the city but sadly a very average hotel. It's nothing like you see in the photos here. It's not bad but it's not what is portrayed here to the customer. First of all Fab hotel Basera and Oyo Basera vintage is the same!! Quite a surprise for us. The lobby is well lit but otherwise upstairs is quite dim. We had booked two premium rooms and stayed here for 4 nights. First night we did have some issues but it got better from there. One of the rooms felt like a deluxe room and not premium in any way since it was so small however they did give us another room the next morning. The guys helping here are really nice and everytime we went out for the day we'll come back to a clean room and our beds nicely made. Appreciate it !! There is only room service here and it's quite slow so that's one thing too. One can probably go out and have at queen's road as well! Lots of good things but lots of cons as well Great people !! But the hotel needs a little work !!

This is the worst booking i have made in my entire life.they doesn't provide proper water ,no toiletries ,no basic things like kettle ,towels , etc..The pillow ,bed ,blankets even rooms were in too poor situation For 3 members they will provide you one toothbrush, hahahaha ,what a terrible situation my family faced ,i will never forgot.A idiotic waiter talked like a mad ,kept saying that OYO is only providing toiletries for all members,when i asked to manager same answer i got,he asked me to talk to OYO,the room which they provided has only board wall ,entire night my parents heard the noise television of next room .there is not a single window in the entire room or bathroom which was very suffocated for us.Handle of doors were damaged,for switch a any single light you need to on all lights. In buffet they will provide you only highly oily aloo paratha and sandwich with watery Tea. i will never recommended to this anyone.be save yourself such cheaters

I booked a hotel through oyo and the staff is alloted room and we about to enter into room and hotel owner came suddenly and stopped us since they closed their tie up with OYO, he is question us why don't call and confirm before reaching the property, very rude, don't book this basera hotel it's waste of money, don't book through fab or make my trip or goibibo, one can find lot of better hotels around with great service and cheaper prices, this hotel is like old house divided into small rooms moreover worst service from management
