    Me and my family stayed there for 3 days. They didn't have the room I've booked online so they upgraded my room without any extra cost. The stay was pleasant. Food was good. I have no complaints about my stay. Good option if you're looking for a budget stay in Amritsar.

    M regular here. Obviously due to there care, clean and courtesy. Right from front desk namely Mr Gurinder Singh, Paramjit Singh to each and evey staff of house keeping. Only thing is now they hv to tk care of this old property. It's a walking distance from railway station. Local transport is easily available.

    Thanks to Mr.Gurinder and Gagan For best hospitality . Room rate 1700 -2500 with breakfast . Arun captain excellent and food was awesome . Breakfast timing 7:15 to 10:30 . Room abeince like 5 star good and good
  • Not pleasant for our last night

    It was not a pleasant place to spend our last night in India. The location is quite close to the railway station, but on a busy road and in the district of car mechanics, so there is nowhere to walk to for a drink, meal or shopping. My room was clean but had no external window. The common areas were not appealing. For breakfast I ordered toast and literally got a pile of white pre-buttered toast, which I didn't eat. The service at reception was ok but we just felt disappointed.

    A good location of hotel with limited parking space Harrassment of guest to show original booking voucher the copy received through post, even though same is available on mail. The so called manager is stubborn and very ill mannered and ill tempered. Stinking smell of alcohol and smoke in rooms, rest from dampness in hotel in amritsar guru ki nagri. No water in room as amenity, dark and dingy place uncomfortable beds overall a paradise for alcoholics and not at all suited for families.
