Great hospitality and excellent food. Spacious and clean rooms. Our 3 day stay was memorable in Amritsar. Good location and very convenient from hotel to visit local stuff. We will definitely visit Amritsar again and stay here.

Very nice hotel with good staff and awesome food. Cleanliness and higene is main in the hotel and it was perfect. I am happy that I stayed in this hotel and the food was awesome. I would recommend to stay in this hotelfor good experience.

Hotel is located in Ranjith Avenue & discernable from the main road. Parking inside the hotel compound is barely adequate. The hotel is very spacious with huge dining halls & three separate banquet halls for parties. The food was very tasty and worth the price paid for. The staff were very courteous & well trained. Overall a wonderful experience.

2 km from railway station. hoteln is situated at ranjit avenue a posh area of amritsar. location is very good. good food is available from near by. hotel service is good. ranjit avenue is a peacefull area. surroundigs are very clean and calm

Hotel is easy to be tracked for outsiders, thanks to its strategic location in ranjit nagar and next door to Holiday Inn. However, reasonably pathetic is staff attitude and comparingly over priced room tarriff and meals. Right from reception to room service, either everything is delayed and a chaos or no service and blame games only. And the worst situation happens when you fall trap to no service of car clean despite assurances since 2 days. Finally when someone somehow does it at the time of departure, whole hotel is most eager to grab the tip to such misery that they even knock on car gates and are vocal enough to demand it as their willful right. Enter their restaurant to have buffet breakfast and then the attending manager starts staring at you during meals, as if trying to imply as if whatever we have already eaten was worth of what we paid for buffet and now they are doing charity on us.
