    I missed my flight and came without a booking. I was offered a room at a vert good rate and the staff helped me order dinner and were very helpful in every way, from assisting me in lending me a charging cable to charge my phone ( mine was missing) to getting a cab and calling for an on-site pcr test. Am very happy with the service and would want to stay here again

    The hotel is brilliantly located right adjacent to Jalianwala Bagh. The Executive room was very big and provided a good view of the old town decorated with exposed brick walls, large open terraces and domes. Located at the edge of the decorated square with all attractions like Jalianwala Bagh, Partition Museum, Golden Temple, Brother's Dhaba and several others at strolling distance. The staff was courteous and professional. We lost ourselves in colorful shops all day and ate the best chole-kulche I've ever had in my entire life! One of the most important thing to note is that cars can drive up to this hotel, whereas the area starting Jalianwala (100 mts) from the hotel is cordoned-off for automobiles. 100% recommended.

    City park hotel is very near to golden temple and jaliawala baugh, almost walking distance. We really enjoyed the stay, the room and and hotel staff is as humble as we expect from a 5 star hotels. Mr Akshay Guleria and his team looks after even slightest things of their guests and a great person to have a conversation with, very experienced and knowledgeable employee any hotel would hire. The city park hotel does also provide free e-riksha service and again Gopi would suggest you local food corners you would like to visit. Thanking all to make our stay memorable.

    We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Fantastic stay. The hotel is located right at the mall road and only about 200 meters from the Golden temple. Nice rooms, good service and good. Cheers. Highly recommended.

    While my entry in the room it was beautiful clean and a very good manner. Bathroom was clean, bedsheet was clean, there were 4 pillos and it is really good. 2nd day I visted golden temple and when I enter the room it was really again clean good clean good best best by Mr Gurpreet Singh of the hotel.
