We came here to celebrate our anniversary and stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel Amritsar, we had a wonderful stay, special thanks to Anjli for upgrading our room and arranging dinner at pool side. Food was tasty at buffet breakfast, we liked specially amritsar kulcha at breakfast area. Thanks to Entire Team for making our stay memorable.

I have been staying with lemon tree Amritsar from last 45 days for my official work and this place like second home me, Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to Front Office Team for taking care of my stay and providing the preferred room.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Amritsar! The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had one great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Rooms are spacious and well placed. Almost all amenities provided in the room were good. Washroom are good in size. My stay was comfortable and peaceful. Food quality is excellent and they properly serve to all guest so again Thanks to whole cafeteria department. Cleaning service is also excellent, they properly clean and sanitize room every day so again. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Excellent Stay We stayed for 02 nights and in suite, it was a beautiful spacious room with bathtub, it was our first anniversary and we request Manager Mr. Sunil for room upgrade and we got it, Special thanks to Mr. Sunil for a lovely room. We had buffet breakfast and enjoyed Amritsari kulcha. They got Infinity Pool with a lovely view, I recommend this Hotel to everyone. Thanks Lemon Tree Team for making our stay memorable.

I have been staying in the hotel since 24th March & this property is definitely not premium nor it is value for money. No one takes the call . Gym and swimming pool are unattended without any basic provision . I will share some specific instances ( there are many more ) . This morning we went for breakfast and despite multiple request no one cleaned the table . In fact , my wife cleaned the table . Then we asked for water again no one came . Yesterday we tried to call housekeeping for towels ( which were not placed at all ie another level of bad service ) . Not a single person picked the calls including front desk . I then went down to front desk and the person started giving excuses that he is over occupied . I used the gym twice first on 24th night and then on 26th ( today ) morning . In both instances , no one was attending . The towels were not there. I turned on the Gym equipment , lights and air conditioner by searching on my own . Mind you , the hotel claims gym is operational 24 x7 . We requested for late check out while booking . Then again in the morning I reminded the front desk . The front desk said we can keep one room till 2 pm. Then another twist came and at 11 am we are told that late check out is not possible . When I asked about feedback form it was also not made available . There are multiple instances and I recommend that Lemon tree Amritsar is not worth spending so much money .
