B Mr Basishtha ,guest service assistant is found to be very polite,service oriented,friendly especially to my young kids.Bedides, over all standard of comport is found to be excellent.Those who do not want to miss their flight Taj at airport would be the best option, swiming pool is well maintained but i don't find life guard there during the allowed timings

Excellent property, very courteous and responsive staff! It is very conveniently located. You can walk across to and from the airport. Food is tasty. Rooms are spacious. Conference facilities are excellent.

Basishtha Banerjee made us feel comfortable in the Cafe. The reception staff was good Ms Shyama especially! Mr Supratik Duty Manager who checked in our team had upgraded our other team members‘ ,who were staying first time and we being Taj Silver innercirle not upgraded,rather given the last from in delux category! Then Ms Shyama did and changed our rooms ,though first they wanted to tell us it was random etc etc .. So Taj Inner circle means nothing !!!!

I stayed at the Taj BLR in March for a few nights, and it was an excellent experience -- truly one of the best I've had in decades of travel. Check-in was straightforward, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Food was excellent -- many thanks to Mr. Maneesh Yadav for his suggestions and explanations of regional cuisines of India, not to mention the kind addition of some food to go for my flights. Concierge service was over the top: Sunil arranged for a car to take me to and from the airport Covid test kiosk, explaining the process and thankfully providing a local Indian mobile number for the test results (for some reason, the kiosk wouldn't accept foreign mobile numbers). Mr. Abhishek Singh helped deal with some confusion with logistics I had to deal with as well. All staff were courteous, clearly interested in helping in whatever way they could, and thoroughly helped in providing excellent service. I will absolutely go out of my way to stay here again. Many thanks for an excellent experience!

I stayed in Taj just opposite to Bangalore airport. we had a function at the banquet and the we got a room and it was very nice and felt very royal and the food was very delicious and mouth watering. All the arrangements were very very nice and their behaviour and services were impressed us so much.The gym, swimming pool,spa etc were very good.Ms.Purna Raja and Kaleem had taken good care of us through out our stay. All our requests has been handled properly by them.
