    My family travelled from Dubai for medical treatment. Hotel Euphoria provided us just the home away from home with excellent personalized service in all aspects. Rooms were clean and staff were welcoming and ready to assist with a smile. Thanks for all the support and making our stay in Bangalore a memorable one. Special mention to staff Yahya and Pappu who went out of their way to assist us.

    Check-in pathetic Rooms good but badly illuminated & poor maintenance Breakfast not worth mentioning Staff overall non-cooperative, inflexible & poorly trained Check out pathetic Upon checkout was given a feedback form wherein gave it a poor rating. The manager reads & is unmoved, no word to say.

    This was the most horrible check in experience ever,the check in was delayed by over half an hour ,"Mr Jebbin Mathew " from Front office was rude and unprofessional. The upkeep of hotel is also not up to level

    Worst service provided by hotel. Very dark and gloomy rooms. Also, room are small as compared to what is shown in the pictures. They don’t even provide basic toiletries in the washroom. Two of us were staying and they provided only 1 water bottle for the whole day, if you want more it is paid. Don’t even provide iron and ask to go for paid laundry service instead. Breakfast buffet is bad. Not enough options available, taste is also not good of whatever is provided.

    I was really shockedked to see no windows in any if the rooms. Then at night inside the AC duct the tribal dance of the rats begun. When I complained to the housekeeping guy.. he said... I can hear things but that's not rat can be other animal... I mean that was a shocker... I'm not going to this place again.
