The best thing about this hotel is rooms are clean and staffs are so helpful ..In front of hotel park is available ...Beside hotel lots of restaurant is available ..Best location and best food to enjoy so great trip for me..I enjoy so much ..Breakfast is also good..

FabHotels Corporate Crown 2 is different from Crown 1, but is part of the same chain of suites of rooms, also in Koramangala. It is within 100 meters of Sony World Junction. Typical house-turned-to suite of rooms, with some sub optimal space compromises. Four rooms per floor. My room had an open kitchen area and a small dressing area with full length mirror as bonus, past the 10x10 feet bed area. The bath area is a claustrophobic squeeze, nothing more than 5 ft by 2.5 ft, with the huge geyser blocking your hand at 6 ft. Your limbs are bound to touch the plastic of the gazer and the cold tiles of the three walls. The only window opens to a small alcove used as the smoking room by a chain smoking neighbor. That was off-putting. Plus the curtain a good four inches too narrow, leaving an opening for any peeping Tom First morning was big confusion. I was told breakfast will be served at 7.30. When asked past that time, I was told if I want omelet, that will come at 8.30. Apparently, all limited food comes from a central kitchen within walking distance. Past 8.30, the main guy is as evasive as a Minister. "It is coming", he keeps saying. It turns out that what was brought got over. Finally, I was served tasty but unappetizing looking omelet and bread toast with a cube of butter. The staff is entirely North Indian - a pleasant young bunch. One morning I took a walk through the residential area. In the next street, 17A, I was confronted by a pack of street dogs, over half a dozen if them, with three of them within inches of my ankle. Scary stuff at 7 in the morning, with no human in view. The closest I ever came to being bitten by dogs. Avoid that street. Approach from 16th main road. Location is good, within 100 meters of Sony World signal and just behind Koramangala Club, next to the public park. Eateries about in the neighborhood. The wi-fi was good

We booked in this hotel due to its convenient location in Koramangala. The hotel is very small. Rooms are average in cleanliness & decor. Staff is friendly but lacks communication skills in Hindi or English. The room AC was making terrible noise throughout night so sleep was disturbed. Breakfast was a disaster - no variety & no taste. It was bread omlette for non veg & macaroni upma for veg, thats all. Butter was not served with toast & had to be asked for. At the reception they had some issues with card payment so cash had to be paid, which was quite irritating...I cannot recommend it except for a very short stay & convenient location in koramangala.

Not attentive towards house keeping. Keeps drinking water not in sealed can, doesn't even bother to close the lid, refilling source not known. Breakfast very ordinary. Lacks variety. Pest control should be done regularly

I made a reservation in this hotel for 14-15 Feb 2019 for which even we made a payment in advance. I reached the hotel around 11:00 PM and the guy in reservation told booking is cancelled as they are overbooked!!. I was totally surprised by the attitude and had to argue with the guys to arrange an alternate. It’s in midnight and after long phone calls they arranged another hotel which was 3 kilometer from this hotel. And there was not taxis for me to travel. The hotel guys couldn’t even arrange a transportation to the other hotel. And as expected other hotel guys denied the check in saying they didn’t get an email. It took another 30 minutes to get into that hotel. Terrible experience it was. I would suggest to avoid this hotel as they don’t keep any kind of ethics or standard in the industry. totally irresponsible staff and management. Arrogance at it heights! Still I am wondering how they can cancel a booking and respond with such an arrogance in midnight .
