Me and my wife stayed in room no 106. The room is spacious,nice view form the window. Finely conditionined with all room amenities. Response from staff is quick. In the night reception staff provided everything we needed.Reception staff Manoj helped me providing the needs of us. The food is very tasty.

Room no: 110 Nice room and nice staff and nice service and nice house keeping and Manjula and her department was nice and good working I like the room and the food chicken and fish is nice and I liked the food

Me and my friends stayed in this hotel. The rooms are good, food is very tasty, response from staff is excellent . One special food of mine here is biryani wow! Such a tasty biryani i have never had in my life.

Booked it for a night. Only goods are proximity to airport and decent sized rooms. Booking process was ok, though I never received a confirmation on email. Luckily, I took a print of the booking before leaving the page. Downsides - No in-room dining post 2230. Being an airport hotel, this is important. Broken plumbing system in the washroom. We had to wait for almost 45 mins for things to be sorted and to get ready, not to mention the loud plumbing work that had to be done. Lucky we weren't pressed by time. Breakfast was just good, nothing more. This being a Royal Orchid brand hotel, i would call it a disappoint.

Room-101 - very poor state : dirty curtains hanging loose, worn our floor & furniture, unclean bathroom. Breakfast : Poor food quality, hardly any variety, dosa & filter coffee not available. Everything looks unclean and worn out. Covid appropriate behaviour not followed, nor enforced. The hotel charged me for an airport drop which never was. The booked cab did not arrive on time so I left in another one on my own. They haven't refunded the money. Overall an awful experience. Much better hotels available within same locality.
