Stayed here for 3 nights. It is more a lodge than a hotel. It is situated on the main road near M G Road metro station. Locality is commercial and everything available nearby. Front desk is at 3rd floor, I stayed on the 4th floor. The passage is narrow. Room is not much spacious, but neat and clean. Shower panel in bathroom with running hot and cold water. Room service is there and complaints are attended too. House keeping needs to be improved. Rooms have no windows but curtain is there to give a false impression of window in the side wall. Seeing the price at which it is available and locational advantage, I don't have any regret. For breakfast, menu was very limited, not enjoyable. They are just managing.

This hotel is right at the MG road Metro station. Can you believe it? The best thing is your check out time will be exactly 24 hrs of your check in time. which means if you are checking today at 2 pm you can stay till tomorrow 2 pm. everything is in proximity, you can shop till late at MG road. The only thing is it is a budget hotel and if you are a backpacker and always exploring you would love your stay. Rooms are ok. Old tft screen tv. the sheer curtains were a few things you have to compromise with. otherwise a nice stay. and yes you will need to pay them 10 rs. for stationery at the time of check in. I never knew about that. But guys its ok when you book a hotel minutes before your checking in and it is a budget hotel.

There were no coffee maker. On demanding they provided one, but without any coffee/tea powder. Next, amenities said that they room was noise free; the room was not noise free. The complimentary breakfast experience was horrible. When I went to their restaurant to have breakfast, it was very dimly lighted; like in a pub. Its breakfast time and atleast the ambience should have been made like breakfast, and not as a pub. And the menu: Dosa and Poha with tea/coffee. Rooms were not cleaned. Only one towel in tattered condition was provided. Only one complimentary bottle was provided for my 2 night stay - they did not have the sense to provide a second bottle for my second night. And securities at ground floor are rude and ask too many unnecessary questions and are unprofessionals. So right from the entrance, experience was not worthy of the money that I spent.

I came with my family including 9 month infant to Bangalore to attend visa interview near m g road. I booked this hotel after seeing details and photos in Yatra site. I booked flexible stay from 29/mar 10 AM to 30/mar 12 PM. We reached the hotel at 12:30 PM on 29th. There was no parking available in front of the hotel and it was difficult to spot the hotel amidst the m g road clutter. This hotel is in a complex where multiple other firms are working and it is adjacent to a bar so it is not at all suggested for families or who likes to stay safe. This hotel is on the MG road so parking or halting is prohibited in front of it. When we halted our car to figure out where the parking spot is traffic police came and took photo of the car reg number for violation. We had to wait for security to come and arrange for parking in a cramped space at the back of pantaloons outlet near the hotel. The parking was such pathetic and many other firms are using that common space and I had to readjust my vehicle multiple times due to this (hotel guy called room to come down and readjust). Even when we arrived at 12:30 PM at the hotel which is 3 hours later than check in time the room wasn’t ready yet. I had wait with a tired and crying infant in their cramped balcony. When asked for the delay the hotel manager was arrogant and said that is how it works here. Then after 15 mins they gave a room in 4th floor. Adding further troubles and frustrations it was near a room where maintenance activity was going on. Loud hammering and drilling sounds disturbed and frightened our baby. The room was not at all clean and the bed sheets were stingy. There were no bathroom linens or water bottles available. We had to call reception to arrange that. The a/c was from 18th century and remote wasn’t responding accurately. Overall terrible nightmare for me and family. Immediately after our interview we vacated the room at 8 PM on 29/mar and had to shift to another hotel. Such a painful experience from such a stupid hotel. We are clueless as to why the hotel was listed as a 3-star with such niceest photos and details in most of the travel sites. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay please do not choose this hotel, don’t trust the star ratings and positive reviews. This is my genuine and first hand experience just a day ago.

1 star is for because i dont have 0 star option. Human necessities itself not available. No water in wash room. Rooms are completely messy and very unhygienic. Please do not opt for this. You can better go for any other 2 star hotel.
