Stayed at Golden Metro with my family and friends for two days last December and found satisfied with overall experience. I loved the ambience of this hotel. Housekeeping service was excellent and people from reception desk were polite to answer all our queries. Rooms were clean before they were provided to us. Glass tables at reception were filled with aquarium fishes and i loved the theme. Though hotel lies next to main road, did not had any problem with traffic noise. There is a roof top pool up to 7 feet, which is a decent one to swim. Mantri Square mall is near to this, so you could get yourself engaged if you have free time. But i did not try the buffet over here. Overall experience is good. I was unsatisfied when they said wifi is not working for both the days.

House keeping service good. A specially housekeeping assistant Mr Ravindra Babu he taking care of entire room and supplies cleaning wise he is doing good job.totally i felt happy with service and hotel.

I stayed here for 3 nights with group of 14 people from Wayanad,Stay was good comfortable, Pros. 1.Hygiene rooms 2.Filled with all basic amenities 3.House keeping 4.Behavior of staff 5.Location Cons 1.Breakfast was not good 2.Hospitality in restaurant need to be improve.

Frustrated with Hotel Administration. I parked my Cycle inside hotel nearby entrance as suggested by their hotel staff. Some outsider came inside and stolen my cycle lights. Escalated this issue to administration immediately. Lights worth INR 300 only, but, Hotel is not willing to come forward to understand the security breaches or security threat or security loop hole within their premises. Hotel lacks proper security personnel. They agreed to pay 300 and later reverted their promise. They recovered one of my stolen right, to collect that again I have to spend ~INR250 for commute. For this silly issue, I did a follow up for 3 weeks and finally frustrated with their irresponsibility.

Worst experience for our function organised there. What they showed is different from what they did. We were cheated big time on food items. No guilty expressed from their side. Unsatisfied with this organisation
