Would like to take an opportunity to share my feedback towards my stay over 14days with Shivas Gateway. 1. Front Office: Mr Deepak/ Mr Biden/ Ms Neha/ Mr Chetan - They had extended their wonderful service out of whatever the best could be done from their end. Note: A small suggestion on the transport part. If you can manage the hotel cab for all transportation more cost and time can be optimized. 2. Food & Beverage: Mr Biswajit/ Mr Suman/ Ms Sonakshi/ Ms Bidhya - Tireless people I have seen throughout my stay. Right from the early morning till we go to sleep we can see these people available at your service to make your stay comfortable with their smile faces always. Especially the guy Mr Suman he keeps ensuring the requirement of guests is fulfilled at all times. Note: Feedback from self and other guests as well, The menu can be changed on an alternate day basis. Rest the quality and tastes are really good. 3. House keeping: Mr Bappa - The man who single handedly ensured my hygienic is being taken care throughout my stay. Mr Dheeraj - Would like to thank him for made my room neat and clean while there was a huge spillage of food. Also he swiftly ran and got a medical kit for me when I got hurt. Note: Amenites can be improvised and provided without a demand from the guest. Overall would suggest one to visit the hotel and make a stay and enjoy your vacation while visiting Bangalore by Air as this hotel is very nearby to BIAL. Regards, Bala

Good stay , excellent business hotel. Cheerful staff. Best hotel near airport, I was in transit I had wonderful experience, thanks Shivas Gateway team. Breakfast was average, room was neat and clean. Overall stay was excellent.

The stay exceeded our expectations. Very close to international airport. Arranged cab for pick up and drop off. Rooms were very convenient and mattress was super comfortable. Nice hot showers with plenty of water. Breakfast of idlis and puris ( also had pancakes and eggs) was very tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Chetan at front desk went above and beyond to help us with our issues.

Hotel is very lucky to have such staff's especially SUMAN & BIDHEN...❣️They both are best in customer service a great applause to them❣️we stayed almost 25 days they treated every day with a cool smile and they are very helpful 🥰Have a great future Mr.Suman & Mr.Bidhen❣️

We, a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids stayed at this hotel on our way to Maldives. We got it at dirt cheap price. We asked the hotel to arrange for transportation to and from airport, for which they provided an AC SUV almost at the same cost as Uber/Ola. The cost included road tolls. The journey was 20 minutes each way during which we did not encounter any traffic jam whatsoever. The hotel was located just next to the highway. The receptionists were efficient in both check-in and check-out. We checked out at 6:30 am and did not get the chance to taste the breakfast. However, we did order dinner through room service, which was good in taste and portion. They serve only limited number of items through room service and if you want to enjoy more delicacies, you need to go to the restaurant of the hotel. The room was a Deluxe one, which was large and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The furniture was dated and had normal wear and tear though. However, we were disappointed to see a large hole in the bedsheet. The sleep quality of the bed and pillows were good. The Air Conditioning machine was working good as well. Overall, it was a great transit hotel for our overnight stay. If needed, we’ll stayed here again.
