Staff members are very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is yum with a good spread of continental, South Indian and North Indian dishes. Check-in /check-out formalities are simple and easy to complete.

Arijit at Icon Premier hotel Bengaluru is extremely helpful and guided me to the right Icon hotel as I was misguided. He offered to even book an OLA cab from his app since there was some issue with my app. He is an extremely genuine and co operative person

Form the security gate to the entire staff from reception restaurant and housekeeping were very courteous and attentive. The entire process is smooth and simple beginning from check in and check out. Will always love to come back soon thank you.

I spent this hotel 02 night visiting my family members for business propose. Staying here, I fell comfortable and relax . Breakfast was variety and very healthy,rooftop swimming pool very enjoyable with view and I found staff of hotel very helpfully and professional to deal with customers. So, I recommend this hotel to stay if you are looking peaceful,clean and comfortable place.

Reasonable stay, even tough there was minor issues, staff is very supportive. Sumegha, who hosted from checkin into hotel till check out,she was very decent following on facilities.. clear communication.. I recommend..
