Hotel U T Elegance

The hotel is very clean and nice. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The washroom is also neat and clean. The restaurant serves both south as well as North Indian foods. The complimentary breakfast is sumptuous and very tasty. Overall the stay is very comfortable and affordable.

This was my 2nd stay at the U.T.Elegance Hotel and I wanted to check for myself whether the awesome experience i had during my 1st day would be repeated. This time, I booked directly at the hotel as it was cheaper. The room was ready when i checked in and this time it took lesser time for the check-in process as they had my details already in their system. I was provided a room in the 5th floor and i was impressed by the standard of cleanliness and tidiness maintained by the hotel. Check out the pictures. The bed, mattress, the bed spread, pillows, towels were all clean and spotless. The bathroom was very clean, which as i have stated in my previous review, is very important, of course with a 24 hour hot shower. Note: 24 hour hot shower is a luxury that not many hotels provide. The housekeeping staff and supervisors are a helpful lot and do their best to ensure the property's upkeep. This time i tried the complementary breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast coupon is stapled and included along with the morning's newspaper with the room number and number of guests. An efficient system. The breakfast was a buffet which included south indian and the usual corn flakes, bread toast. I tried the south indian spread and it was tasty. Especially the fluffy idlis. I noticed a lot of families in the hotel, so this is not just for the single traveler, this is also for families who are looking for a cost effective stay with good service. I will recommend U T Elegance to anyone who is visiting Bangalore and want good value for their money.

Hotel was really good. Very nice place for a family. Very clean and decent guests. Located in a convenient place. Food is really tasty including complimentary breakfast. Staffs are really nice but only having communication issues. Should be trained to communicate in English with international customers.

We had booked a room for the 5th of Jan., on arrival the receptionist says the guest is already in the room. When we reach the room, it was given to an entirely 3rd party. On asking them how was that done, he replied sorry sir we made an urgent adjustment. Kindly bear with us till 8 AM we arrived at 5:45 AM. How irresponsible could it be on the part of a hotel to give a pre booked room to another guest who just came and booked on the spot? Then the guest whom they said the arrangement had been made for arrived and he said that he wasn’t in the room and another person was in the room. He had booked a room for 3 days and he had been out the day before and when he came his room was given to someone else. The worst experience I’ve faced till date with a hotel.

we made a wrong decision n booked this hotel after viewing some other reviews.... The restaurant staffs n reception people will spoil your day. Most of them are in fighting mode.you will experience all these from the check-in time ... We were waiting at the reception with our baby around 50 minutes. Never make a complaint about their services... No one will be there to help you. Better book in any other good hotel. Please don't take a chance....
