  • Great hospitality and good place for Wheelchair user

    It was a great stay at Fountain Tree by TGI in Bangalore with my family. The place is very good for wheelchair users, 99% accessible, which they said will make accessible next time. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we were so happy to celebrate. Great hospitality, good rooms, and a big lift area make your stay enjoyable. I really recommend people in wheelchairs to stay here comfortably. Special thanks to Venkatesh, Rinku, Praveena, Sonal (Regional Manager) and others for taking the best care while my stay there, and hoping to visit again soon!

    My message is exclusively for female solo travelers. I still remember calling Mr. Bhaskar ( GM at the hotel) asking how safe was his hotel, he just said one thing - " we will treat you as our family member, please do come". I took his words and stayed there for 3N. Trust me, I did feel home, also, In time service, spacious room, no disturbance and privacy ( super important thing). What else do you need?! I would definitely recommend this particular place to everyone. Thanks for the service! P.S - This was the very first time I said alone at a hotel. So yes, you can take my word :)

    I stayed there and hotel was well maintained and followed all covid protocol.Staff was very supportive specially Hotel Manager Mr Bhaskar. 1.Room was good and clean . 2.Break fast was good but need more variety 3.Staff was very good and specially Mr Bhaskar.

    The service provided at this Covid-19 pandemic situation was very good👍. Staff hospitality services were very good. Mr. Baskar n team they treated us very well n respectfully. Also Mr. Baskar sir is understood our situation n help me more I m very satisfied😊. He is the good and very well man power of FOUNTAIN TREE HOTEL. The environment is very nice n pleasant. Highly recommend to all. We will be back soon.

    I stayed in hotel fountain tree, j.p. nagar for 5 days with my wife and two daughters. This was a very pleasant experience. Hotel is at a good location on Bannerghatta road. Hotel manager Mr. Bhaskar, Mr. Rinku Reddy at reception were very helpful and accommodating to our occasional requirements e.g. extra bed or late dinner post usual timings without extra charges. Premium Room is very comfortable to live in with good amenities. Hotel staff is also quite humble. Also thanks to Mr. Kumar in hotel restaurant who was quite friendly in catering to our focus requirements and my younger daughter (8 yrs old) became quite fond of him. Overall an excellent hotel for its charges.
