Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our family during our visit to the Zone.we stayed 3 days Interesting menu and the food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. It was beautiful-peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant ambience & staff were exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Ejaj and mr.navdeep, Giva a nice room with view and tasty food.
Our family felt really very happy and enjoyed the entire evening..
Room Cleaning done by mr.alok and ms.bindu from house keeping very kind people,giving extra amenities in the room.
I will come back with my family again in January

I love the hotel staff,they are very good hospitality.
Starting frontdesk Mr.arun and room service mr.suresh specially I need to mention chef Maddy for combo chicken dinner, food was excellent definitely I will recommend this hotel for my colleagues.

This is a good business hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff could be more efficient and don a smile. Seemed curt. On arrival, my booking was not updated. Front desk staff asked me to wait and offered no explanation. This area needs improvement.
Room was well equipped and comfortable.
Restaurant was very good. Great food. Friendly staff.

I checked into the hotel on the 11th as the regular hotel that I stay in was sold out.
Day 1 was alright, but day 2, yesterday evening when I came back to the room, there were no towels and when I asked them for it, they said it will be sent up shortly. I did not receive it till the morning.
When I called this morning at 7am, I was told, it will be brought in 5 minutes. After repeated calls, they said that they did not have towels in the hotel as the laundry man had not come.
This process continued from 7am till 9am, then I spotted a housekeeping boy (Ramesh) and he seemed to be able to sort my problem out as he said he will bring the towel in 1 minute. AS I was waiting at the door, I saw him go into room 115, where I caught him ironing a used, wet towel, that he was going to bring me.
I asked for the duty manager to complain, even that did not happen as the DM was not in the hotel. A young girl at the reception tried to help by looking all over for towels, she even called a 'manager looking' person, who ha no clue about what was happening in the hotel. when I tried to explain to him the guest relations should be looked into very carefully, all he did was nod and say please give me 5 minutes.
Finally I got a towel around 10am,by which time I had to reschedule my first meeting.
And it did not end there, While having breakfast, there was no table napkin, I asked the waiter to bring me one, after unsuccessfully looking for one, he took at 'clean' used napkin, folded it and kept it on my table, little realising that i was seated right behind him.
While checking out the hotel staff did not even have the courtesy to apologise for their shoddy attitude.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, for you just cannot be sure if the linen is soiled and towels and napkins are being reused.
