Service great, room fine, food spicy, but the staff took care of my plates and provide me European food, so no troubles. Prepare yourself for selfies with the stuff, because they are behaving like your best friends they will become your best budys✌✌✌✌: Mr. Bhanu, Mr. Suhail, Mr. Avi, Mrs . Priyanka, Mrs . Dipa, Mr. Sunil Mr. Dilawar, Mrs. Pinky, and also the guards in front of the hotel.

The housekeeping staffs are very courteous. Their professional behaviour and the way they clean rooms are highly commendable. My special appreciation to Biswajit and Karthik fr housekeeping. Their politeness and customer friendlyness is something to be trained to other staffs as well. Very good and keep it up.

This is our second stay in Pride Hotel. We are very happy with the hotel, especially the Cafe Treat and the housekeeping stuff. Biswajit, Sushmita, and Purnendu of the fifth floor housekeeping staff were especially helpful and made our stay very comfortable.
Never ever stay here and save your peace of mind!

Never ever stay here !! Worst ever hotel I have ever stayed in my life. You check in and come at night - reception says room is not in my name even though it had my luggage! After multiple arguments - we finally checked and the room was as is! Next day I am Charged for mini bar consumption which god knows who had!! I of course didn’t pay! Every second minute somebody walked into reception saying either AC not working or water not there or some other problem!
