Justa off MG Road provides for very good price to performance wrt amenities, staff behaviour, location, room quality and cleanliness. The staff are so very helpful, the kitchen has a bengali chef who is very good. It is quite near the 1MG mall which has excellent restaurants with wider choice.

Spacious room...in vicinity off calm place. And Room service excellent.. especially Mr.Dilip was on time and at service. Great stay. Would prefer to stay in the this hotel. Most convenient to travel within Bangalore.

Justa off MG Road is a Boutique property. always refreshing n homely. Love the roof bfast. Service is always great. Staff is courteous and responsive. Specially Dilip. My preferred choice in bangalore.

My son & I stayed in Justa for a couple of days in January, 2020. Location wise, Justa is very centrally located if you would like to visit the old heart of Bangalore - MG Road, Brigade Road, Cubbons Park, Vidhan Soudha etc. Having read very good reviews of the place, I was expecting a lot. To a great extent, my expectations were met. The first pleasant surprise was the upgradation to a "luxury" room. This room was on the top floor and had a large balcony with a table and chairs laid out, looking out onto a leafy lane. I spent hours here doing my work, while enjoying the lovely Bangalore weather at this time of the year. Breakfast was a small buffet on the rooftop. It was decent, but it would have been nice if they had offered a live dosa counter too, in addition to the eggs. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable double bed, & a clean and large bathroom with a bath tub. The service was overall good and the staff, led by the efficient and ever-helpful Sanjay was excellent. The only reason why my rating is a 4 & not a 5 is due to the issue with drinking water provided. The standard offer seems to be two 500ml water bottles per room per day. While they did give extra bottles when asked, there seemed to be a lot of reluctance in this, and on the final day, the waiter apologetically said that they would charge me extra for the bottles. I think it would make sense for Justa to offer RO water in refillable bottles for the guests. This would be cheaper for them, more convenient for the guests, and also environment friendly. If there are foreign guests who need bottled water, they could always supply them separately. Other than this minor issue, this is a place I would highly recommend for visitors to Bangalore.

For anyone arriving on a long haul flight this is a perfect first stop. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the meals on the roof terrace were a joy. A little oasis in a bustling city. Highly recommend.
