A nice hotel located near lush green area in bengaluru. Was received by Mr Ashutosh on the front desk. A helpful and cheerful chap. He has ensured a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room's cleaning and hospitality was very well ensured by Mr Amit. Looking forward to visit again in near future.

Extremely shabby and run down; broken switchboards, dirty carpets, stained mirrors and bathroom fittings. Unprofessional staff. Had to make 3 calls to get an in room dining menu. Rooms aren't adequately stocked with the essentials either.
