    We were upgraded to the Ren suite for our long weekend stay at the property. It is a very well maintained property with excellent hospitality. The breakfast and the cross fitness center were the highlights of the stay here. Highly recommended for all luxury travellers.

    Hotel stay in Renaissance was one of the best experience so far. Hospitality was superb. Food was good, not the very best. And hygine and comfort is what they care about the most. Jayant was the guy who took care of hospitality and hygine and was very friendly and cooperative. Only drawback i faced was with the reception staff who doesn't respond to calls many times, which feels annoying. Rest assured you will enjoy your stay here.

    Renaissance hotel staff Yasin vijith Rahul and bishal service department staff are very good service and hard worker this people are realy kindly hearted person and room cleaning I liked is room cleaning specially mikun and Ajith Menon (somanath hk excutive hk) really helping people are their in hotel thank u guys

    Fantastic and fabulous service from bisal yasin rahul vijit britto and team they the event very smoothly whenever we ask anything late night they never denied they were upto mark and the food made by usmani chef was fabulous

    We stayed here for 22 days in a Bio-bubble on a project trip. The hotel staff made sure the bubble was maintained and nobody had any issues. Very friendly and hardworking staff, especially Vijith, Jithin and Jayant. Great experience overall! :)
