    Beautiful Hotel.. Great Grounds..Rooms are decent size though require a make over.. However, food was good and their service outstanding.. Front office was always ready to help, staff great. Kudos to the General Manager for keeping his staff so motivated.. Do visit their restaurant, it's very Serene..Hotel amongst greenery.

    Hello All, After lockdown, we went to this hotel & stayed for couple of days. Its a Heritage Palace converted to hotel, the rooms are good, spacious & having swing inside the room. The room we opted was having a big swing inside the room & the bathroom was super large, having a good bath tub. Their is an open sitting space on 1st floor, where we can sit & relax. Outside their is a huge lawn, where cricket & other sports can be played. There is a restaurant on backside of the hotel, serving good food, their chicken biryani was awesome. Staff is also good & courteous. Overall good experience !!!

    As we walked in to this amazing property..things looked fascinating and thrilled with such blended old antiques furniture and huge gardening area.. hats off to the wonderful Managers and people who all behind this great scene... in my view I would love to recommend guests of all walks of life to come over to Bqngalore to this garden city and a silicone hub ..in India to have a stay over here and feel home ... the Manager and staffs are really friendly and they give their ext bit to see off their guests very happy ..that's what we call home away from home ..Regards D.C.Tom

    We stayed this hotel for 3 days .We booked 2 rooms via website.At the time of booking we paid 10% of the total amount.When we checked in they charged the full amount.But we did not notice that day.At the time of checking out when we pointed out this they said the advance we paid was the commission of the website.the people at the reception doesn't know anything.When we asked them to adjust this amount,they refused to do.No maintenance .Foul smells.Poor maintenance of the room.Any way We will not choose this hotel anymore.

    We booked this hotel looking at its outer look when we entered all was ok special thanks to neel at the reception who was very courteous. Hotel needs to be maintained well. Stay was going well but the staff Thomas is extremely rude, completely unprofessional, no sense of courtesy he needs to work on his customer handling skills. He acts as if u stay for free. Overall a property not to be suggested as the staff Thomas will not leave any way to spoil your trip.
