    One of the finer 5 Star hotels I've stayed at in India. Very luxurious, great vibes, great ambiance. The hotel reminded me of Disneyland Hotel at Hongkong. Very picturesque, very well laid, straight out of movie. The check-in was fast and smooth. The room was big and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious and had ample linen. The quality of pillows was better. I find he quality of toiletries in ITC hotels better. The breakfast buffet had a large number of options to choose from. In room dining was great too. Overall a wonderful stay, would certainly visit again.

    ITC windsor stat was veey comfortable! Food was good, service eas very fast and prompt. Sunil TS was very courteous and receptive in service and helped uss a lot with our infant. All in all a very good stay and a very good experience!

    We had checked in to celebrate my mother's bdy with my wife, sister and my daughter. We had a great time. Terrace garden on second floor is beautiful and really transports you to Windsor with it's greenery. The staff are friendly and you will have plenty of food options. Limited facilities for kids though. I do have to mention the name of their head of security, Shamir, who went out of his way to help me find my AirPods which I had lost. Super stuff.

    ITC team pull up! We tried calling your landline earlier the day to inform you of our late checkin but no one answers! If they do they put you on hold. Front office Stella bluffs you and makes you wait till midnight for your room Welcome assistance teams take an hour plus to get kids mattress to the room You call them twice or thrice no reply Now at 12:15 in the night my kids have slept on the bed waiting for the extra bed I am hoping a mattress will come and i can sleep on it in a luxury collection of itc hotel! The entire team is lost Thanks to murthy and team at royal afghan I atleast had a fair meal Never stay here can just come here for the dal and kababs
