    Last Week We visited Bangalore, Mysore AND Ooty. We Were INn 40 guests group. In Bangalore we stay at SNT COMFORT. Really it is comfortable as per their name . they provide kitchen facility also which is in the basement.Room rates is not that much high.For the groups this hotel is very nice.The hotel manager is very helpful. The rooms are big and toilets were vey clean

    A budget hotel, located near to Majestic Bus Station as well as Main Railway Station. SNT provided very good hospitality, near and clean room, good staff service. SNT does not have in-house restaurant

    The guy who sits at reception is very rude and shows too much of attitude. We booked rooms online and it also showed details of taxes however when we reached hotel they told us that the taxes mentioned on site was not updated and charged 1% extra. We booked a room for 4 persons but the stuff like towels, glasses etc. was only for 2 people. When we asked for 2 more glasses, the staff was rude and said that they only provide 2 glasses regardless of no. Of customers in a room. I also saw a cockroach in the bathroom early morning and that was a nightmare. They don't even give visitors some guidance about Bangalore city and places to visit. It is also located in a very crowded area. I would never prefer staying here again and also recommend the same.

    Be aware of theft in the room (especially the room boys) !!! In both of our rooms were small items missed from our bag. lock your bags and doors with personal locker !!!! Be aware of theft in the room (especially the room boys) !!!

    Amenities are too bad Rooms are not properly cleaned No respect to customers and not even proper response from workers in the hotel Room service charge also too high and will not prefer this hotel .............
