Was really impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of all the service staff. The room was pleasant enough, but the service was great. Special shout out to Trinity, Rony and Sundeep. Looking forward to my next stay soon.

We stayed 5 nights and the wonderful hospitality started the moment we got off the car. Check-in was very friendly and understanding our specific requirements, they were able to offer us choice of rooms. Sahil was wonderful at check-in. Hospitality part was then taken over by Vaishnavi who escorted us to the room and looked into every need of ours. This continued till we checked out and got into the car after!! Special mention of Vaishnavi, I shikari and Mounica among other greeters for making our stay feel like home. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast at Kitchen was amazing and was the highlight of our stay. Greeting staff (Priyansha) were ever so gracious and welcoming. Staff at the restaurant were very helpful. All who helped were wonderful. While the state of the room (property), quality of towels and linen (not crisp, always on the damp side) and general state of air quality and odour has much scope for improvement on the other hand the Location of the hotel, phenomenal staff (especially the greeting staff) and excellent food quality will probably make us go back again!!

Great location for the area, rooms are nice, TVs are very outdated (2010). Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. Overall a good property and great location. I've stayed at the other Marriott location the Ritz-Carlton and I would say that the JW is much better as far as locations and the Ritz is better as far as the food and modern rooms.

pros. located at the center of city with nice park view spacious room friendly staff nice breakfast nice gym with nice staff (find Vikash for professional training with assisted stretching) cons. little bit noisy for some reasons not many restaurants are available
