We visited Guhantara for a day and found it to be a good place for relaxing and spending quality time with family. The staff were extremely helpful and had a very pleasing attitude. The concept is interesting and enjoyable too for those who love nature. However, we have feedback for the team to improve the services better and to make it more enjoyable to your patrons. 1. Helpdesk number should be active round the clock. Tried many times and failed to connect with the staff. 2. The swimming pool area is stinking too badly that even make people faint and lose their consciousness. 3. We have noticed that the staff are poorly trained to handle any emergency that may occur any time in a place like Guhantara where lots of people visit regularly for fun and entertainment. Multiple games and other physical activities are taking place both indoor and outdoor, but the staff are incapable of handling any emergency or first aid activities in case of any eventualities. There was such an incident on the dance floor on 10th Sep. night and the staff was clueless as to what they had to do to help the person. It is essential that all staff are to be trained adequately to manage emergencies. Hope the Guhantara team will consider the above feedback in the right spirit and work towards improving the services further to make the stay more comfortable and a memorable one. Resort was filled 3 to 4 times beyond capacity. There was hardly space to walk in the hall. No amenities and games were available to play. Welcome drink was over. It was not just the crowd but also the maintenance of the resort which was much below anyone's expectation. Lunch was served in a closed space with people jostling with each other. Quality of lunch was so bad that the best dish was curd and sugar. I hope that they first cleanup the resort and second fix the maximum number of people they would allow to serve them better.

Visited yesterday with the Kids it was a very bad experience with Guhantara Resort, they charge a heavy fee for individual games but nothing works... Cycle is rusted one, Zipline - cables are rusted, swimming pool is very horrible no maintenance when we requested the staff they said if you want you can play or leave this is the response we get from staff. Coming to food... not good and they dint had hygiene in plates and spoons. TOTALLY RESORT IS VERY BAD MAINTENANCE AND PER DAY OUTING THEY CHARGE OVERPRICED IT'S NOT WORTH AND CLEANLINESS IS VERY BAD.

It was a very bad experience with Guhantara resort. There was no one guide us as to where to go and we had to go looking around everywhere to get started The place was over crowded with not a single person other than us wearing a mask. There was nobody astound to impose covid safety protocols there from the Guhantara team Lunch time was even worst with the Guhantara employees not even wearing gloves and rest of the people falling over food to get their share. It was so pathetic that we left immediately after lunch and didn't even wait for high tea or the day to end. I will never recommend anyone to Guhantara resort.

The place is not at all clean and neat. Whole area is littered with foods on the table, chair and floor. Food served is not kept warm. Their room charges are so high with no resort upkeep and cleanliness and poor experience Understand the Covid challenges on manpower but then resort should not take reservations When complained to staff on the issue, the person was no at all sensitive and taking as joke and laughing. May be ok for day out but never for family stay and vacation
