We stayed in the hotel for 3 days Excellent reception and service. Very spacious and good rooms. FOOD : So good that you will relish it till the end. Service in the restaurant is excellent. This is hotel par excellence. Mr. Ali in the restaurant was so nice so is the other girls and boys. You ask for something it is there in a jiffy. BUT one thing I noticed is that many of the Guests take large quantity of food and waste it by not consuming it. May be because Buffet is free so they don't care. But food is very precious everyone should know it .I HAD REQUESTED THE HOTEL TO PUT A DISPLY IN THE DINNING HALL IN THIS REGARD

The hotel staff was really helpful especially Mr Das at the front desk. Also, the hotel location was nice and the services provided by them was upto the mark. Overall, a pleasant stay with luxury and comfort.

I stayed in the hotel in room 2.03 and wanted to order food. It was 10:55pm when i started by coversation to order as i had checked in late and mentioned that would be paying through zomato pro. Mrityunjay refused by saying its only for outside people. To my surprise OUTSIDE GUESTS ARE MORE IMPORTANT FOR THEM THAN THE ONES STAYING INHOUSE. They told me they would check and call me back. By the time they call me back its already 11 35 and they tricked me by saying now that everything is closed now and they cant do anything and nor would they allow to order food from outside. The menu in the room says timings are open until 11 45pm clearly. They made me speak to their manager. He also had the same repeated answers. Upon asking him is he the f&b manager, he mentions yes. When asked his name he said he is not the f&b manager and refused to tell me his name. @Nishant Kumar- would appreciate realignment of your F&B Service team who treat their inhouse guests this way. If a customer is a fan of your Hotel’s palak paneer than they should rather come and eat from outside than stay inside and enjoy it. I think i would rather not do that only than being humiliated and treat like this by your staff if thats how they would treat their guests. Let me review the food also- after multiple complaints they served me mumbai sandwich which was toasted by was cold from inside as if it was kept in the fridge. The potato wedges were still fine as they seemed little hot. The potato stuffing of the sandwich was cold. The coleslaw provided was stale and smelling.
