    Serene , comfortable and an affordable place to stay. Hotel team , Mr Prabhu was quite hospitable and the service was impeccable. To all those who might be visiting Bangalore and staying nearby Bannerghatta , this would be my recommendation. Thanks.

    Very good accommodation, really a good stay... Staff's behaviour also awesome and especially Mr. Prabhu & Mr. Suriya both are doing a great job. Food also very nice. Room service response is really good.

    We stayed for 5 nights owing to an emergency nearby. The hotel provided us with fantastic service, especially a person named Mr. Shankar. They almost helped us get whatever we asked for. It was quite a peaceful stay for us.

    I won't say that the pictures are false, but they make the property look a lot bigger and Better than it actually is. But the manager, Mr. Shankar, even though initially he was opposing a lot of things as in the booking like complimentary breakfast, timings and all, etc, eventually he made sure everything was in place. However, the rooms are quite congested and small. Keeping this in mind, we cut short our 3 day stay to 1 day and shifted elsewhere for the remaining 2.
  • Different rules for online and on call booking, not friendly

    Had done booking online for 3 nights, change in plan by preponing visit by 2 days called for complete cancellation while on call booking there wouldn't be any cancellation charges. It hurts even more when modification request was made 10 days in advance of check in. Management say they are helpless. Mr Shankar confirmed it would be done while Mr Rattan Supreet on seeking confirmation of preponement..This is ridiculous. My original check in date was Sept 22 which was required to be preponed to Sept 20, which was not entertained..Poor management and not customer friendly, only think of themselves and not of customer. Warning people to book only if you have confirmed program Gurjeet Pruthi
