Hotel Plaza Heights

We had very good experience at this hotel. We stayed twice,one in early July and in August. The rooms were very clean and tidy . The air conditioning was good spacious rooms. But second time the cleanliness was little behind and the service also. I would certainly recommend this to anyone as it is value for money, and many good restaurants near by.

Its Christmas and we went for a weekend outing in Bangalore itself, and choose to stay in Hotel plaza heights, the reason is its a happening place during christmas season, chilly nights, lots of shopping stuff near the Hotel, great food and the proximity to many churches in the area makes it a great place to stay during december. The hotel itself is not a great place, but for the above reasons mentioned, its a good budget hotel, saves you a lot of money. People please keep in mind, most of the Hotels in that vicinity do not have a parking space, even this Hotel does not have parking, I had to park my car right in front of the hotel, a very narrow space, and there was a construction going on, which helped me indeed. This hotel is good in terms of its ambiance and lighting themes, looks very attractive on the paper, but the space is not up to the mark. Its very narrow and tightly spaced when it comes to room and the space inside the room. Although this is the best you can get at this price tag. The rooms and the entire premises is astoundingly clean, they have given great importance to cleanliness, and that is the reason I vote this hotel for cleanliness, even the washrooms and toilet are really clean. The room has A/C but its a small one, takes awe-full amount of time to cool the room, for a couple during the night sometimes its feels very hot even in a december night. but coupled with a fan in the room, it is comfortable indeed. TV is a nice compliment, they have Airtel connection for cable but you would not get to see any of the English movie channels only Indian channels. that's a bit of a mood turnoff. They provide nice stuff in toiletries. although there is no news paper or wifi in the room. Breakfast is complimentary but I would suggest its better to have it outside, lots of restaurants and eateries are there nearby, you will enjoy as well as save on food. The complimentary menu has only Idli without vada, upma and biscuits no coffee or tea. even the quantity is very less. So even the breakfast is complimentary its pathetic. I would rate the hotel based on its proximity and location in the city, really good, cleanliness up to the mark, but parking, breakfast, space below par and needs a lot of improvement in them. overall we did enjoy the place and the staff was pretty decent with there service.

I did had booking through Booking.com , how ever the pricing of booking differ from the Hotel & booking .com. No records is available on Visit , Hard time to wake the people to ask for booking and stay . Eary morning Check-in is not recommended as the Hotel Staffers generally Don't work at that time of day . But hotel is clear and crisp. worth Staying there . Value for money . I had steping next door to avoid wasting time the sleeping front office.

The rooms are good but the services they are giving is not that much as was expected. We have booked as per condition of pay to check out but they have took advance for one day. Bathrooms and rooms too good as the price was low. They need to give room service and air-conditioners.
