Stayed at this property during a 40 day long business trip. Nice property with good and spacious rooms, kind and supportive staff taking care of all our daily needs and rising upto our calls to extend their hospitality. Siba, Abinash and Umakant at the restaurant took very good care of ourselves and were keen with their hospitality. Even though the spread at the buffet was limited, they ensured we felt at home. Rajendra and team from the house-keeping were very diligent with cleaning the rooms everyday without miss. The property had a wonderful terrace which gave us the natural and pollution free air. The terrace was an apt place for early morning Yoga and meditation. Even though it was mid summer, terrace is one place where we spent good times in the evening in the open air. The terrace top swimming pool and gym was our best past time during the stay and Pratap, the incharge, was very friendly, prompt and accommodative to our requests at the gym and the pool. Over all a wonderful stay and thanks for extending a great hospitality.

1. Rooms - Excellent rooms, especially the Washroom. Small but so well maintained was the washroom. Rooms are very decent too. Loved them! 2. Service - Good enough. These days most hotels are struggling with it as the travel demand is back to pre-pandemic levels but the hotels don't have staff like those levels. Hotels have to look into this otherwise this service thing ain't gonna improve. If the demand is back, the supply has to be back, which is not happening. Start hiring people! 3. Location - Very very good location. Right in the heart of the city which makes this hotel even more stayworthy. 4. Food - Unfortunately, I fell sick a day before check-out & couldn't have the breakfast as a result. But my dad told me that it had a wonderful spread of dishes! So it must have been good too. Overall, very very good hotel to stay in. Well done!

Decent property, comfortable bed, elegantly designed room with sufficient power sockets, work table arrangements and sofa chair to relax. Washroom is glass door and is aesthetically appealing. There were a few hits and misses as far as AC temperature control and few other areas were concerned. However what stood out by the excellent service and hospitality provided by the staff. While there were many examples, but especially would want to give a shout out to Philu from restaurant, where every evening for the days that I stayed he was there to address to my special diet needs, made me welcome and was always with a smile and reassurance. His behaviour with other guests and coordination within team was there to see. He also ensured that I received a packed breakfast as per my requested items well before 7 AM. One should try the local delicacies such as aloo Dum, and mix veg, dry saag dish if available. If you like soup like I do, try out their veg clear soup which has generous helping of mushrooms, broccoli, beans etc.

Good hotel . Service was good . House keeping feculty is good . Ashish - house keeping staff member have provided excellent service and ensure rooms are maintained upto the mark and stay is pleasant through the stay.

Whenever I come to this hotel, I am always greeted so humbly and politely by Mr. Viswajit Samatray the security personnel. Kudos to him. It's only because of his warm welcome that i feel so good to enter the hotel. He deserves more credit. This 5 star rating is only because of him.
