We stayed at the Hotel Park Grand for almost 2 weeks when we visited the Punjab with friends. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, It is a favorite place for weddings and parties so sometimes it can get a little noisy but you get to experience the local activities.

We often go there for family dinners or meet visiting friends. The food and service is amazing. Over time, the portions have become smaller but still worth the money you pay. Ample parking is available outside.

a very friendly well run Hotel. There is a buffet breakfast available. The area around it is safe and has shops, restaurants, and markets close at hand. A friendly staff is on hand as well as tourist sites close by...uber is online for your use.

We 3 couples had dinner there ...it was a normal get together..though lot of ruch is there ...we had buffet there ...food was not that good as expected ...snacks taste was average ...though hospitality part was fine ...washroom was not cleaned properly..

I booked a room in this hotel for 13th Feb-14 Feb 21...I checked in at about 9 pm since i had come for some business related works. Its very sad to write that this hotel being with 3-star rating offers such pathetic services which look very flashy in pics. I was greeted with non operational Telephone, Study light at bedside & TV, Cracked cup, no sleepers, washbasin with funny setting for hot water, no door in shower area, leaking faucet and a extremely mucky like Kettle...the door knob of bathroom is like of 1940's...the shower glasses were dirty as if not cleaned from past 8-10 months..the Cloth hook behind door of bathroom rotates in 360 degrees......i felt that these guys arent serious in maintaining rooms . The bed and the quilt was stinking as if its not changed since ages. The staff needed to be told to give two water bottles for two people, refill tea sachets and sugar....I was in room No. 113....There was some party going on in ground floor that night and the smell of drinks was coming till first floor.....i had never seen room like this in last 8-9 years of my stay in hotels in all over India.....To book this hotel is wastage of money is wht i felt....the very basics of staff is not clear ....
