This hotel is a great find.I was there just for a night during my official visit to Chandigarh.really friendly staff,excellent location. Rooms are clean and spacious.I stayed in executive Room.It is a newely renovated room ,big in size.breakfast was good but had limited options. Without a doubt i would return to this hotel if i ever come to Chandigarh.!

Recently I stayed at the pearl with my friends . We have taken two rooms and did not find any issue during our stay.rooms were nicely cleaned and spacious.especially new wooden flooring is superb.very humble and helpful staff .i would defiantly prefer to stay here again.

The rooms are really good. It's always a good experience visiting The Pearl. But this time my experience wasn't that good. The bed was really bad! It would just slide from it's place, had to put it back like thrice at least. And the air conditioning was pretty bad too! It was centrally controlled so couldn't do anything. But the executive rooms are way better! I suggest executive rooms rather deluxe rooms.

I took this hotel coz i (along with wife and 2 small kids) had to attend a function which was right there in the basement at night, so selecting other hotel for a night and commute when its late and you are on drinks is unsafe. 1: Park your vehicle on the road side if you don't get parking in front of the property. 2: check inn was quite smooth, but room was to my surprise. 3: The room looks quite ok, but there are few things which you will not like in the room, at 42 Degree, you would want your room to be air conditioned and cool, but to my surprise the AC wasn't working. So we requested to change the room. 4: After an hr or so we were handed over to other room, which was not completely ready and needed another hr of work(some bathroom repairing). 5: so finally we were handed keys to the 3rd room. Now, in this room the AC problem was still there so we judged that all the ACs in the hotel are like this to have to adjust. Room electric sockets and switches doesn't work, bathroom was in a bad shape. Wash basin had cracks as it was about to fall down, taps not working properly, i had its knob in my hand when i tried to open the shower. 6: food menu is highly overpriced, they should put rates in the menu as per their standards, we were not even allowed to bring outside food when asked. so had to go all the way to mall to have lunch. 7: The staff need training how to respond to a customer and smile. They were responding as they were about to have a fight with me. 8: Rooms locks are broken 9: Overall my one night stay was quite ok, but not recommended to anyone travelling with family and kids. If your are alone, stay well.

A traumatic experience. No drinking water, no services, damp rooms, non-functioning equipment. The staff was disinterested to even provide an extra bottle of water. The lock to my room was broken. A bottle of 1 litre water costs ₹70. The bathroom had no hot water. No towels were provided. The TV wouldn't turn on. The bar was almost empty. All they had was a local brand of whiskey. The only relief about this hotel was that it is close to Chandigarh airport and on a budget. I wouldn't suggest this even for one night.
