    Rooms are of an okay size, ambience is decent, room service is slow, overall a good experience. Located in Industrial Area Phase 2 this hotel is appropriate for a business traveller, tariffs are lower when one books online through any portal

    Service in terms of getting hot water is worst you can even imagine. You can feel a moist smell in the rooms. If its raining. You can see rain water falling over the stairs. Hotel is at a place, where it is difficult to get a Ola/Uber or Auto. There is no restaurant near by. You have to eat in the hotel. Beds are very bad.

    In general I liked the hotel and the staff were friendly but... we had a big room with old amenities and a strange smell.At night I woke up because of the noise coming from the ceiling... it were rats..! apparently there are rats who run around the ceiling between the rooms . I think they got holes inside the big air conditioner in the room so I could hear them the whole time as they left and came back... it was very very uncomfortable and scary..actually the smell in the room was also from rats. SO the hotel needs a major maintains including dealing with rats

    I visit chandigarh for one day and book this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Orbit hotel is very bad hotel no parking, poor room service. Bathroom flush and washbasin tap is not working properly. Room Furniture ÅñÐ walls dirty.

    THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN BEING THE MOST HORRIBLE STAY IN A HOTEL I HAD EVER STAYED. They don't have a proper heater . If we want hot water. They bring it in a bucket. They don't have many channels on TV only Hindi channels. Their food just okay. I didn't see even once they smile at us.
