    Hotel is good but maintained required Ac is not working cleaning issue like room is dusty staff is good allover hotel is nice corridor is very bad condition elevator is very noisy pls take care all small points

    The worst hotel I have ever seen in recent time. Rooms are dark, glasses are broken, doors are loose and service is poor. Surely not a hotel to stay when in Chandigarh. Our bad luck that we stayed here for the night.

    Hotel need a serious renovation or atleast a carpenter to change the bathroom doors mailny, floor was dirty,no proper utilities like a bucket and mug as even in winters you can't take a bath in water having 100 degree temprature. I don't like anything there, there lift is also not working properly

    Rooms were dank and there wasn't enough lighting. Bedside lamps were broken and so was the refrigerator. AC was noisy and the bed was rickety. The only saving grace was the food, which was good. Not enough options for breakfast and the worst was staff. We had to call 5+ times to place an order for food. They hardly pick up the phone. Same goes for reception, not bothered to answer calls. Will never recommend anyone to book this hotel.

    Firstly the provide a diff room as shown in the pictures wifi was not working cable was not working the thing that made me write this is cockroaches in the wardrobe which is really unhygienic.roomservice was also pathetic over chargred rs 15 bottle of coke is being charged as 80 the water provided to drink is not cold..
