For the purpose of my business trip, I stayed in this hotel in Jul.21, I had delightful experience during my stay, The hotel location and premises is in road touch location, hotel follows Covid 19 safety protocols. Comfort wise it was great stay, bed cushioning was just perfect, room and overall cleaning was excellent, good hygiene, food test and service was also perfect. Overall what I noticed is great retained, groomed staff with huble support. It was memorable stay. I thank hotel for everything, will prefer to stay again !!

Being a regular visitor for the Altius hotel , have always loved their hospitality. First time I visited them for the banquet book for my marriage but couldn't tried them out for that but booked rooms for 20 guests and after that it became a regular affairs to book it when ever any friend or family come to Chandigarh to visit us. And it's all due to the state of art service , ambiance and hospitality. They had done a wonderful work during Covid by supplying food to the patients home. When my whole family was down with Covid Altius pitched in a right time ,it was a big relief that I don't have to bother about food as no help can come to prepare it in the home and could take care of the recovering family members. A big thanks to the team. Keep up the good spirit.

This is the most pathetic hotel you can visit. The staff is extremely unprofessional. The rooms are even worse and are so congested & suffocating that i checked out in 2 hours of check in without caring about the 4k i had payed for this pathetic hotel.

The problems that we faced :- 1) The Kettle in the room was not working.And they didn't have an extra Kettle to replace it.how do we drink water without boiling ? 2) The room has a very stale smell coming from the linens as well as the beds. 3)the water in the bathing area does not seep through the drain and the area is full of water and running out of the cabin .Which makes the small bathroom even more shabby. On telling this , the staff said u need yo press the drain with ur feet so that the water seeps in..who would ever do this in a bathroom. 4) the walls have dirt marks and very poor maintenance of the furniture.The polish is worn out and gives the room such an ugly look. 5) unsatisfied with the promptness in service..we had to wait for a very long time to fetch water. You call yourselves a four star hotel but your property does not do justice to it. You have charged us a lot more than what you have provided. We are highly unsatisfied with our stay.
