I had a ok stay here in this hotel overall it is a fine hotel but little bit out dated with old interiors. Moreover, food quality not up to the mark and it was quite below expectations. not recommended .

Let me start from the good things about this place - Oops there comes nothing in my mind. Things you won’t like: - very old and ill maintained property. Toilet stinks and there was leakage from commode. - very poor hygiene - they don’t have their own parking. You got to park in the paid one opposite to hotel. - loud music from the rooftop will bother you doesn’t matter which floor you book your room I was surprised by the paid parking thing and asked the duty manager who seemed to be ignorant about this. And kept in saying yes we have a parking but it’s paid. He didn’t accept the fact that they should have advertised this accordingly. Bottom line - not recommended

I visited Chandigarh with 4 other friends on a holiday trip and was trapped into booking this hotel mentioning that’s it’s centrally located. Though the location, sector 17 is definitely great, this hotel needs to be avoided at all costs. Once you enter, it’s a gloomy looking place with the reception on the first floor. We were “upgraded” to their suite rooms but the rooms haven’t been renovated since decades. There was barely any lights in the room. The round bed is impractical, bathrooms leaked and wash basin was dislocated from it mounting. There was hot water available 24 hrs. The towels provided seemed to be in use since a decade and carried a stench. The worst part was the “buffet” breakfast which was included for a cost almost equal to the room rent. The restaurant would call every morning and asked us to come and have breakfast immediately else we might not get any. There wasn’t any buffet since we were the only ones who fell to the crap of “breakfast included”. Three items on the menu were offered which were of poor quality. The parathas were hard and even butter toast wasn’t toasted well. The joined restaurant tables were at different heights making it inconvenient and the upholstery seemed dirty. The reception guys were polite but this hotel can dampen your entire visit to the beautiful city. It needs immediate renovation and upheaval to justify the location.

My sincere suggestion to all fellow travelers who traveling to Chandigarh. Just avoid this hotel. It's the worst. I booked through my company account hence couldn't able to get refund and need to stay here. The rooms are bad, smelly with insects, smelly and dirty towels. The staff has absolutely no manner they can enter your room without knock. Also be ready to find hair in your breakfast here with no sorry or apology by staff.

We booked two rooms one for my parents and one for me. Both had problems such as heater not working, water leaking, hot water not coming, no parking facilities, doors could not be closed, flush not working, broken hand shower, blankets not replaced and found smelly, and bathroom and rooms had not been cleaned with stains all over. I was so disappointed and when I told them about it they didn’t even come and gave us any options. Worker place I had stayed and I regret going through the trauma. Am going to try to get full refund.
