Location wise the hotel is around 2-3 minutes by auto from Chandigarh rail station. Rooms are standard, hot water geysers are in working condition, food quality is decent, they also have lift facility for upper stairs. AC at the room was working properly. The manager at the reception is very professional, and he pointed all the facilities very promptly. He was there even during our checkout at very morning. But the only negative thing I observed was one of their room service staff. I did tell him to arrange autos to take ourselves to the station in the early morning, but he charged just double amount for the auto (which I later confirmed from the auto driver himself), and took the extra amount in his pocket. This is really a very cheap attitude for a staff towards the guests, which I really did not expect during my stay. I really could not match this particular person to the other room service staff, who was a decent person, and also with the manager at the reception. This single person has made a very negative impact on my experience for such a short stay at the Inn.

Stayed one night. Probably fit for only bachelor stays. Inn is in a very narrow lane where are even a small car cannot enter. Have to walk abt 100mtrs thro a park to reach inn. Its a totally veg place. Bedsheets were torn.

We booked super delux room through MMT but on arrival they gave us delux room only.. Said like there is no option, so we paid for super delux ans had to stay in delux room. It's ok for 1 night stay but you can't rely on booking with this hotel.

I stayed for one night with family. Locality is very low class, approach Road is very narrow. Person at reception is very rude. Rooms are extremely dirty, ripped towels, dirty furnitures/ towels/ room, broken mirror, no A C back up, power cut frequently but no back up for AC. Food quality is very poor, no mineral water supply in the room, you have to buy. television installed but not working. Over all very terrible experience. must be avoided to stay at this hotel.
