Great property located in a quite Sector 24...It's Government owned and run by Citco... So much of land and so much parking space...Earlier known as Yatri Niwas... Nice room size.. Staff courteous but the hotel needs a major makeover...

a very average hotel.low key and hidden.basic facilities.food is reasonable.what makes the difference is the people who are running it.specially Mrs. Sethi.they will go all out to run errands for you.give you the extra heater.make special food for you.even arrange for a make up artist in need.a little overpriced but friendly.

Location of property is nice easily accessible from the city center but this hotel is like a college hostel with a shared balcony. Blankets were not enough for the winters of december .Breakfast was average

I do not recommend the stay and got booked into the venue by the Organiser of an event. The hotel has seen better days and now has gone to seed. The place is held together by an enthusiastic staff but little else to recommend.

I cannot speak too highly of the reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff who were friendly, welcoming and caring. However, Room 215 in this hotel had probably the worst bathroom I have experienced in my travels. The "fresh" towels and bathmat arrived damp and never dried out; the toilet paper was perched on top of the cistern and was damp and - WAIT FOR IT - moldy; the hot water heater worked intermittently; the shower head directed a weak flow of water down the wall; the wall fan was ineffective; the walls and ceiling damp and stained; and the bathroom lighting inadequate. The "electrics" in the bedroom featured unsafe wiring and power sockets that "sparked". The bed was clean, with sheets changed daily, with very old and tattered blankets. The balcony was dirty, except for the floor which was kept quite clean. The furniture was old and damaged. Wardrobe interior was dirty. The whole room needed complete refurbishment. This, by the way, is the worst review I have ever given to a hotel.
