We had booked three suites for our family and found it better than expectations. Very spacious and neat and clean. The restaurant serves awesome food. We all enjoyed the stay as well food and now we keep visiting the restaurant to enjoy food.

We were impressed by the hospitality by the management. We reached late, at about 11:30 am or so but they did their best to provide us the food. Staff is very helpful. We had booked a roadside suite and it was amazing.

While checking out, we left our luggage at the hotel to visit the Rock garden. By mistake, I left my wallet with my credit n debit cards next to a PC near my luggage. I realized the same after 20 minutes on reaching Rock garden. I called the hotel n informed the manager on duty. He found the same n kept it safely till I returned after three hours n collected the same. Ever grateful to the hotel n the Sardarji manager on duty that day. We had a good late lunch on our return, when I discovered it is one of the oldest restaurants in Chandigarh, over 40 years old n they take immense pride in their food. At lunch, we saw a family of 20+ having a late lunch. We had a pleasant stay.

Visited this place with my family and i must appreciate our decision to have this hotel for our one day stay. So clean, humble staff, fast service, clean washrooms etc. We totally loved the hotel and it’s hospitality. Located very close to the famous sector 17 market. This hotel also have their own restaurant so you could dine in also, no need to visit any other place! Highly recommended hotel.

This hotel is a very large TOILET. Upon booking on line they describe facility as 2 beds, Overlooking the city, Blackout drapes, AC, TV, WiFi. For a 10 day booking, they offered me room Number 116. This was the MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE". Yes I am yelling by writing capital letter and If I could write bigger, I would. If this hotel was in North America or Europe, It would have a yellow tape around it and should be condemned. Actual Facility: No windows - Yes my friends No Windows, No TV Channels (Screen Kept saying .. account expired & Add money). NO WiFi, Oh Yes and the doors did not lock from Inside either. I stayed for 2 hours and went down to show then what my email showed in terms of facility and they said, Oh can you wait another day ? like WTF. They admitted they did not have a room. I learnt they have many empty rooms that stay dirty because no one goes there and they clean on ad-hoc basis. I checked out and stayed somewhere else. They LIED to online booking facility and claimed they had many rooms. Owner kept calling me on my cell phone asking me to come back while lying to Hotels.com. He was asking me he has a nice room in sector 18 ... like Miles away. To all people of the world: Don't go there .. this is bad news. Unsafe, Totally dirty, a giant toilet. Not a single facility that was described on the email. Shut this place !!
