    Good hotel, but lacks tidiness & almirahs. Service is a bit lazy. But location is awesome. Just in the heart of chandigrah. Transport is easily accessible. Rooms are big & spacious. Lizards were found inside bathroom.

    Very bad experience in Punjab because this hotel is very pathetic to stay the service was very poor and the room is very small and all over the room you can find dirt and the hotel staff is very lazy who is not ready to help you this is very worst hotel

    Its a 3rd rated hotel with sub standard staff. I had traveled from Bengaluru to Chandigarh and checked in to this hotel by evening and had to stay as i was tired.Immediately decided to change hotel next day. Very small rooms with broken beds , broken chair with very less privacy. Hot water is a mere joke. Hotel reception guy is a lazy chap and for any concerns customers are asked to go in one of the hotel room where he sleeps. Hotel staff along with external friends smoke in corridors which leaves customers unsecured. They have loaded all fake pictures in all websites like Yatra, Goibibo which misleads customers who rely on online bookings.

    It was one of my worst stay in any hotel. We booked this hotel via MakeMyTrip and by the pictures shown in the page it looked decent but actually its a third class hotel. Rooms are poorly maintained, sheets were dirty, there were hairs all over the place. Smell of paan, gutka etc. Just avoid this hotel at any cost.

    Stayed in this place for 2 nights as passing through town on way up north. Felt this place was far to expensive for what it is and I'm sure I was almost over changed. Stained sheets, dodgy dirty towel with brown stains on left in bathroom and small bugs knocking about in bathroom. No hot water. Although to be fair the manager said he could fix it, we just didn't take him up on it to avoid hassle. Staff seemed to be indifferent to us and did now make us feel very welcome. Our room was noisy at night also. Would not recommend.
